Terms of service
1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all service use by users on the platform, including but not limited to purchasing goods, using platform functions, submitting orders, paying fees, etc. All users shall comply with these Terms and relevant laws and regulations when using the Platform.
2. User Registration and Account
Users are required to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep it up to date. If the User provides false information, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate his/her account.
The User shall keep his/her account and password confidential, and any operation carried out through the account shall be deemed to be the act of the account holder.
3. Service Content
The platform provides services such as online merchandise trading, payment processing, order tracking, user support, and more. The Platform has the right to adjust the content of the service at any time as needed, and will notify the User in advance.
4. Fees and Payment
Users are required to pay a fee when purchasing goods or services on the platform. All fees are subject to the final payment page provided by the platform.
All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) but do not include shipping costs or other surcharges that may be incurred.
Payment methods: Users can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods supported by the platform.
5. User Rights and Responsibilities
Users have the following basic rights: choice, modification, cancellation of orders, return or refund, etc.
The User agrees not to use the Platform to engage in any illegal or infringing acts, or to publish inappropriate information through the Platform.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
After receiving the goods, if the goods have quality problems or do not match the description, the user can apply for a return or exchange.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product and must be handled in accordance with the platform's return and exchange process.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
The platform is committed to complying with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and protecting the privacy of users' personal data. The platform collects only the minimum data necessary to provide the service and strictly limits the scope of use of the data.
Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data, and the platform will ensure the security of their data.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.), the Platform shall not be responsible for the service interruption or delay caused thereby.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the court of the place where the Platform is registered for processing.
If any dispute arises when the User uses the Platform, the Platform may choose to resolve it through arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
The Platform has the right to modify these Terms in accordance with laws and regulations and business needs, and any modification will take effect after the announcement is made on the Platform, and the User may choose to continue to use the Services or stop using the Platform.
